<p><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">也是去年底，我收到一封邮件，有名有姓有地址的北京某个投资人，号称某个世界级的某某华人投行的投资经理，反正名头大得很。我一时为之心动过，但转念一想，想必这也是一种所谓的&ldquo;网络钓鱼&rdquo;吧？而我，可能是等待上钩的那条小鱼。而鱼饵，不过是一封吹嘘得天花乱坠且得不到验证的莫明&ldquo;邮件&rdquo;！</span></p>

<p><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">放眼国内互联网乃至传统企业界，如此上当受骗者，应该不乏其人吧？！少则是几万块的中介费，多的呢？未知&hellip;&hellip;面对几百万甚至几个亿的风投资金，没有几个创业者不为之心动的！这是人的天性，就像买彩票一样，谁都希望得到大奖！或言，谁都希望自我实现远大的梦想。但现实，就是这样残酷无情。</span></p>

<p><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">客观地说，很多的创业者也把&ldquo;风投们&rdquo;骗得好惨！中国人的习性&mdash;&mdash;跟风，从&ldquo;人有多大胆，地有多高产&rdquo;的浮夸风时代走到</span><span>21</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">世纪的今天，中国人一如既往地崇洋媚外。西方有什么，不管好还是不好，不管是否&ldquo;水土不服&rdquo;，一概照本宣科&ldquo;复制&rdquo;到国内来。结果是僧多粥少，或是无数的和尚担水&mdash;&mdash;没水吃，谁都别想捞着好处。</span></p>

<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　据国外媒体报道，甲骨文准备以每股38.5欧元(49.78美元)的价格收购SAP。受该消息影响，SAP股价上周五上扬1.7%，达每股36.23欧元。尽管如此，有分析师认为，这样一笔交易几乎不可能实现。因为两家企业合并后，几乎对市场形成了垄断。无论是在欧洲还是美国，都将面临反垄断调查。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　三年前，甲骨文收购仁科时，就曾面临政府机构的重重&ldquo;阻挠。&rdquo;但甲骨文不会轻易选择放弃，因为收购已然初见成效。去年12月，甲骨文公布了其财年第二季度财务报告。由于最近两年接二连三的收购举动消除了主要竞争对手并增强了产品阵容，甲骨文收获了最新的投资回报，第二季度利润同比激增了21%。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　据了解，SAP公司总部位于德国沃尔多夫市，由五个IBM员工于1972年创立，主要生产ERP系统，主要产品有SAP R/3, SAP B1, SAP A1等。SAP公司是全球最大的企业管理软件及协同商务解决方案供应商、全球第三大独立软件供应商。目前，全球有120多个国家的超过19,300家用户正在运行着60,100多套SAP软件。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　另外，财富 500强80%以上的企业都正在从SAP的管理方案中获益。SAP在全球50多个国家拥有分支机构，并在多家证券交易所上市，包括法兰克福和纽约证交所，可见SAP的实力雄厚。据AMR Research数据显示，2006年，在全球290亿美元的ERP市场，SAP占有43%的市场份额，甲骨文占23%。而Sage和微软则占有小部分市场。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　尽管甲骨文不同凡响，但在ERP市场上远比SAP逊色的多。然而，作为全球最大的企业级软件提供商，甲骨文公司日前在全球同步发布五大产品，这是甲骨文历史上首次同时发布五大产品。而这五大产品中有四大产品是甲骨文整合所并购的企业的产品，包括爱德华、仁科、希柏等三个由甲骨文并购过来的企业的产品。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　对于世界级的软件研发企业来说，依靠并购实现新产品的突发性增长。除了甲骨文公司，还有谁能够有这样的魄力?当然，这与甲骨文战略上的嚣张气势大有关系。此前，甲骨文提高对于银行软件制造商i-flex的收购出价，具体金额已经达到了13亿美元。甲骨文希望以每股47美元价格收购后者90%的股份，这个价格比之前的报价足足高出47%。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　&ldquo;甲骨文的报价确实具备一定的诱惑力，相信可以吸引大多数i-flex本土股东，&rdquo;分析家表示，&ldquo;无论如何，甲骨文此次的报价将为收购带来一丝强心剂。&rdquo;对于甲骨文来说，高投入必将赢得高收益。另如甲骨文公司总裁菲利普斯在全球电话发布会上所言，并购为甲骨文扩大了客户群，同时也能为客户提供更多的产品选择。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　截至去年底，甲骨文最新的业绩已是该公司连续第四个利润增长超过20%的季度，实现了该公司管理团队当初展开收购行动时许下的诺言。飓风般的收购行动，至今已让甲骨文投入了200多亿美元。甲骨文CEO拉里&middot;埃立森曾表示，该公司只考虑那些能够帮助盈利每年增长20%的公司。也就是说甲骨文的并购对象，毫无疑问都是绩优股。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　根据Gartner的预测，从2006年到2010年，亚太CRM市场的年复合增长率将达到17.9%，市场规模达到6.796亿美元。作为全球CRM市场领导者甲骨文，2007财年第一季度在亚太区和日本的应用产品新许可证收入实现了高达126%的同比增长，CRM产品在亚太区应用产品业务的增长中起到了关键作用。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="2">　　实际上，甲骨文在亚太CRM市场排名第一，并以37%的市场份额领先中国CRM市场。甲骨文CRM应用产品的中国客户包括长安汽车、中国民生银行、北京电信和中欧国际工商学院等。为了进一步增强在亚太和中国CRM市场份额，甲骨文还制订了涵盖四个方面的CRM市场拓展战略，并主攻制造、政府、电信、金融服务、银行和保险业。</font></p>
